Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms & Conditions of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and TeeBa Games ("Operator", "we", "us", "our", official website: https://teebagames.am/?lang=hy&theme=dark). This Agreement governs your access to, registration for, and use of the Blotify gaming platform, including the https://blotify.am web portal, the Telegram Mini App (@blotify_bot), native mobile applications for Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store), and all associated servers, APIs, chat services, clan communities, and online features. By creating an account, authenticating via Telegram, Google, or Apple, or by accessing any part of Blotify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions without limitation, do not access, download, or use the service, and delete the application immediately from all your devices.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Contracting Authority
By accessing, browsing, downloading, installing, or playing Blotify, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity and competence to enter into and be bound by these Terms. If you access the platform on behalf of a legal entity or organization, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms electronically carries the same binding legal effect as a physically signed agreement.
2. Strict Eligibility & 18+ Age Requirement
Blotify is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If we discover that an account is operated by or on behalf of a minor, that account will be immediately terminated, and all virtual balances and statistics will be permanently forfeited without liability or compensation.
3. Account Registration, Authentication & Security
You may register or log in using Telegram Open Platform, Google Identity OAuth, Apple Sign-In, or verified email registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain its accuracy. You are solely and completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, session tokens, and connected digital wallets. You are fully liable for all actions, stakes, purchases, and communications conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Multi-Accounting Prohibition & Account Farming
Each individual player is permitted to create and operate only ONE (1) active game account. You are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts ("clones", "smurfs", or multi-accounts) to farm daily bonuses, abuse referral rewards, manipulate league rankings, or transfer virtual chips to a primary account. Our automated telemetry systems detect linked accounts by device fingerprints and network identifiers. All linked multi-accounts are subject to immediate and permanent termination.
5. Nature of the Service (Pure Social Entertainment)
Blotify is an interactive online multiplayer implementation of the classic Armenian card game Bazar Blot (Belote), provided solely for personal entertainment, cognitive skill development, and social recreation. Blotify IS NOT a gambling, betting, casino, lottery, or real-money wagering service. No real money can be staked, won, or cashed out under any circumstances. No payouts, prize redemptions, or tangible cash conversions are possible.
6. Virtual Currency, Chips & Digital Items (Zero Monetary Value)
Virtual chips (Silver and Gold), diamonds, season passes, avatar frames, and card deck themes represent a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal digital license for in-game use only. Virtual items and currency have ABSOLUTELY NO REAL-WORLD MONETARY OR CASH VALUE, do not constitute a deposit or electronic money, and cannot be redeemed, sold, traded, cashed out, or exchanged for fiat currency, goods, or services. The Operator reserves the right to modify, adjust, or reset virtual currency balances to remediate bugs, exploits, or anti-cheat violations.
7. In-App Purchases, Payment Processing & Billing
Players may optionally purchase virtual chip packs and digital cosmetics via Google Play Billing, Apple App Store In-App Purchases, or Lemon Squeezy (on web and Telegram). All payments are processed by authorized payment providers under their respective terms of service, billing policies, currency exchange rates, and applicable taxes (including VAT). Prices and package quantities may be altered by the Operator at any time without notice. Digital purchases convey only an in-game license and grant no software ownership.
8. Finality of Purchases & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL CHIPS, DIAMONDS, AND DIGITAL GOODS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Because digital content is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the contract and hereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period provided under consumer protection laws.
9. Unjustified Chargebacks & Fraud Liability
Initiating fraudulent, false, or unauthorized chargeback requests or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider after receiving digital items is strictly prohibited. Any chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent banning of your account. The Operator reserves the right to pursue full civil recovery of damages, bank penalty fees, and legal costs through competent courts.
10. Gameplay Mechanics, Timers & Disconnection Policy
Bazar Blot tables are governed by strict bidding and turn timers. In the event of network disconnection, app suspension, or timer expiration, the game server will automatically execute an automated action (auto-pass or auto-play) or remove the player from the table, recording a forfeit. The Operator is not liable for chip losses or match forfeits resulting from user connection latency, device battery death, or carrier disconnections.
11. Fair Play Policy & Ban on Bots and Automation
Fair competition is fundamental to Blotify. You are strictly prohibited from: (a) using automated bots, scripts, macros, memory injection tools, or AI-assisted game solvers; (b) decompiling, modifying, or reverse engineering game network packets or memory; (c) exploiting software bugs, glitches, or server desyncs to gain unfair advantages or duplicate virtual chips. Any discovered exploit must be reported to our support team immediately.
12. Prohibition of Collusion & Chip Dumping
Secret collusion between table partners, sharing hole cards via external voice or screen-sharing channels (Discord, Telegram, phone calls), intentional forfeiting, win-trading, and artificial chip transfers between players (chip dumping) are strictly forbidden. The Operator deploys statistical cheat-detection algorithms; any detected collusion results in immediate balance wipes, ranking resets, and permanent account blacklisting for all involved parties.
13. Clan Ecosystem, Governance & Chat Moderation
Clan formation, leadership, and clan chat are designed for community enjoyment. Clan leaders and members must adhere to fair play and community standards. Clan names, mottos, and uploaded logos must not contain offensive, xenophobic, sexually explicit, politically extremist, or defamatory content. The Operator reserves the right to disband offending clans or modify their logos without prior notice.
14. Player Conduct, Communication Ethics & Anti-Harassment
When using in-game chat, nicknames, or player communication tools, you must not post: (a) profanity, threats, blackmail, or hate speech; (b) pornographic or sexually explicit content; (c) discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, or gender; (d) unauthorized commercial advertisements, spam, phishing links, or personal data of third parties. Violators face permanent chat mutes or total account bans.
15. User-Generated Content (UGC) License Grant
By uploading or transmitting any content (avatars, clan emblems, chat messages, feedback) to Blotify, you grant TeeBa Games a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, display, adapt, and distribute such content in connection with operating and marketing the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to submit such content.
16. Intellectual Property Rights & License Restrictions
All source code, software architectures, UI/UX designs, card artworks, animations, audio tracks, sound effects, logos, and trademarks associated with Blotify are the exclusive intellectual property of TeeBa Games or its licensors. You are granted only a revocable, non-exclusive, personal, non-commercial license to play the game. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or create derivative works from the software.
17. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Prohibited Financial Activities
Blotify must never be utilized for illicit financial schemes, money laundering, or illegal transaction concealment. Trading, selling, or brokering game accounts or virtual chips on external third-party secondary markets ("grey markets") for real money or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Suspected accounts will be terminated and reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
18. Third-Party Advertisements, Rewarded Videos & External Links
Blotify may display third-party advertisements (such as rewarded video ads for bonus chips) and links to external sites. TeeBa Games does not endorse and assumes no responsibility for third-party advertising claims, products, merchants, or external privacy practices. Interacting with third-party advertisers is conducted entirely at your own risk and discretion.
19. Service Availability, Maintenance & Game Rebalancing
We strive for high uptime but provide the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency server maintenance, deploy patches, adjust card mechanics, alter table stake tiers, or modify reward algorithms at any time without liability for interrupted matches or temporary downtime.
20. Account Suspension, Sanctions & Termination
The Operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account without notice for breaches of these Terms, fair play infractions, legal requirements, or account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months. Upon termination, your software license ends immediately, and all virtual balances and ranks are forfeited without compensation.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeeBa Games disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted uptime, and freedom from software bugs or errors. We do not warrant that Blotify will meet your specific requirements.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeBa Games, its founders, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, virtual currency loss, or device malfunction. In all circumstances, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to TeeBa Games in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is lower.
23. Indemnification & Defense
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeeBa Games, its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, and legal expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your user content, or your misuse of the Blotify platform.
24. Severability, Entire Agreement & Modifications
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. We may update these Terms periodically; updated versions will be published on the platform with the revision date. Your continued use of Blotify after revisions constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
25. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Official Contacts
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
